Points of control

Participating Heads of Department and Heads of Research Groups are responsible for the following:

1. Allocations for new research projects, whether from an internal or external funding source, are not to be released until the responsible project leader has registered the project in Frida with the appropriate project documentation (project description).
2. All publications employees have contributed to, which have been produced during the course of the pilot project, are to be checked to assure that a data file has been created and stored for each publication. This may be done as a one-time procedure towards the end of the pilot project.
