For participants

The project aims to increase researchers' awareness of research ethics, to counter scientific misconduct and to provide the general public with access to information about the research being done at the University of Oslo. The project has been designed to be as user-friendly and time efficient as possible.

Project elements

• a voluntary declaration of research ethics (See "Min forskerprofil/my profile" in Frida)
   
• a voluntary declaration of compliance with the Vancouver guidelines (section defining authorship) (See "Forskningsresultater/research results" in Frida)
   
• the obligatory documentation of new research projects, including any  approvals, licenses or contracts (See "Prosjekter/projects" in Frida)
   
• the obligatory archiving of electronic research material for a publication in a data file in the University's electronic research archive (See UiO's Data Archive)
